You may cancel your n-btt subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to premium content until that date.
To cancel your subscription, please visit your account settings or contact our support team at legal@n-btt.com.
Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees once the billing period has begun. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
If your refund request is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate. We will send you a reminder email before each renewal.
